We at Alluring Comet LLC, operating under the name Stellar Cubs, strive to provide the highest quality LED Teddy Bears and ensure our customers’ satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to return or exchange your purchase. To facilitate a smooth and hassle-free return process, we have established the following return policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The LED Teddy Bear must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase from Alluring Comet LLC / Stellar Cubs is required for all returns.
2. Non-eligible Items for Returns:
The following items are not eligible for return:
LED Teddy Bears that have been used or damaged after delivery.
LED Teddy Bears without their original packaging or with damaged packaging.
Customized or personalized LED Teddy Bears.
3. Return Process:
If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at StellarCubs@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
After receiving approval, carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Include a copy of the original proof of purchase inside the package.
Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchange Policy:
If you received a defective or damaged LED Teddy Bear, we will gladly exchange it for a new one of the same model.

We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the defective or damaged item and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
6. Warranty:
Alluring Comet LLC / Stellar Cubs offers a limited warranty on LED Teddy Bears against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.
To claim warranty service, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
